Roving ahead with an indefatigable trust of all the seafarers and patrons, Mr. Abraham launched SeaAndJob Magazine in 2007. A Newsletter that contains information about not just the shipping world but also the world outside it. Apart from delivering insightful articles, columns and interviews, it is also an effective medium for shipping/manning companies to advertise marine jobs. Talking about the man himself, known for his unique style and versatility, Mr. Roni Abraham founded the Sea Line Group with a sole purpose of bridging the gap between the seafarers and the shipping companies through digitalization which was lacking earlier in the maritime sector.
Let’s dive into his thoughts by an exclusive conversation with Mr. Abraham, he stated, “It always starts with taking that first step and then the rest will fall in place”.
When asked how he felt to be awarded, he said, “It is a proud moment for me and my team to be recognized by the most elite media house, it has been a long journey and the recognition has given Sea Line Group a new face”. “The recognition is not just for me, but for every seafarer and company associated with us. It is a great accomplishment not only for us but for the shipping industry all-together”, he added.
Speaking on the biggest challenges he faced throughout his journey, he said, “Well, establishing seajob in the shipping industry was quite challenging, as each day came with new challenges and to win that day was my only motto. With a purpose of providing digitization facility and hassle free proceedings to all the seafarers and to connect shipping companies together, I kept moving ahead. I believe that the challenges are not onetime deal, they are the part of your life, an opportunity to grow beyond your consciousness which can only be grabbed when you take the first step “
