New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday filed a chargesheet against three individuals accused of being involved in a firing incident outside a hotel in Rajasthan in December 2024. The suspects are allegedly linked to Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dala.

The chargesheet, submitted to the NIA special court in Jaipur, names Sachin alias Praveen alias Dholia, Yogesh alias Monu, and Vijay alias Kale for conspiring with other accused to attack Hotel Highway King in Neemrana.

Key Findings from the NIA Investigation

  • The trio was in direct contact with Arsh Dala, a designated terrorist, along with accomplices Dinesh Gandhi, Sorav Kataria, Kaushal Chaudhary, and Manisha.
  • As part of the conspiracy, shooters Narender alias Lally and Puneet were assigned to carry out the attack.
  • The incident is believed to be part of a larger network of terror activities orchestrated from abroad.

The NIA continues to probe international terror links and their influence on organized crime in India.
