Ince has appointed a shipping and insurance specialist and a corporate law expert as joint managing partners in its Dubai office.

Mohamed El Hawawy is a UAE shipping lawyer specialising in litigation and dispute resolution with experience advising local and international companies on high-profile cases across the Middle East. El-Hawawy’s experience also covers a broad range of insurance areas across life, property, product liability, marine, political risk, and medical insurance.

From Ince’s corporate practice, Alastair Holland has over 20 years of experience on public and private M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets and private equity in the middle east. Across a range of industries, Holland advises companies from multinationals through to family-owned businesses, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. His work covers acquisition, disposal and restructuring of Middle East assets as well as corporate governance and commercial contracts.
