A new ZIM Mediterranean Premium (ZMP) service operated by ZIM Line has started calling at Dachan Bay Terminals.

It will provide services to the Israel market with fast transit time to Israel, Turkey and Black Sea, offering flexibility to handle out of gauge and special cargoes as well.

Brian Yeung, managing director of Dachan Bay Terminals said, “Dachan Bay Terminals and ZIM are long-term partners with close collaboration for over 13 years. The ZMP service enhances our Mediterranean network and customers could enjoy Dachan Bay Terminals’ high operations efficiency and flexibility, and benefit from our extensive feeder connections to over 30 destinations in the Pearl River Delta.”

ZIM is deploying nine panamax vessels with carrying capacity of 4,250teu each for the service.

Both the west and east bound routes of ZMP calls Dachan Bay Terminals every Wednesday covering the ports of Qingdao, Ningbo, Shanghai, Dachan Bay, Xiamen, Port Kelang, Haifa, Ashdod, Istanbul, Yarimca and Pusan.
