Cosco Shipping, named Wan Min as the new chairman and communist party secretary of the group, succeeding former chairman Xu Lirong.
Wan Min, previously served several positions in Cosco Shipping Lines, and acted as the general manager of Cosco Shipping during the period of 2016 and 2017, then was appointed as the chairman of China Tourism Group.
After four years’ leadership in the tourism group starting from December 2017 to October 2021, Wan Min takes over China’s largest shipping group, Cosco Shipping, from November 2021.
